T.RAD Heater Core Manufacturing
A heater core is a radiator-like component in a vehicle's Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system that uses hot engine coolant to warm the cabin and defrost windows. Positioned under the dashboard, it acts as a heat exchanger by transferring heat from the coolant to the air, which is then circulated into the cabin via a blower fan. The heater core plays a dual role: ensuring passenger comfort by heating the interior during cold weather and enhancing safety by demisting and defrosting windshields for improved visibility.
