Conflict Mineral Policy

Conflict Mineral Policy

T.RAD North America Conflict Minerals Policy

As a global leader, T.RAD is dedicated to safeguarding the health and safety of individuals and environments. Accordingly, we observe relevant regulations from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and uphold our promise to ethical sourcing standards. T.RAD exercises due diligence throughout our supply chain to ensure that minerals are not sourced from mines in Conflict Regions. This policy is in response to the violence and human rights abuses associated with the mining of Conflict Minerals—tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold (commonly known as 3TG)—particularly in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).

T.RAD requires all suppliers to adhere to the following requirements regarding 3TG minerals:

• Submit a comprehensive report detailing the names and relevant information regarding the smelters used.
• Provide certification that any tungsten, tin, tantalum, or gold supplied to T.RAD does not originate from the DRC or surrounding countries.
• Complete the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT), available at: Conflict Minerals Reporting Template.

T.RAD remains committed to taking appropriate actions to support human rights and to implement a conflict-free supply chain. We require our suppliers to conduct due diligence in this matter and encourage them to ensure their own suppliers do the same.
