Conflict Minerals Policy
As a leading global company in the development of heat exchangers, T.RAD is committed to ensuring the safety and protection of people and the environment around the world. In an effort to protect people and comply with the rules from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), T.RAD practices due diligence with our supply chain to ensure that Conflict Minerals are not supplied from mines in Conflict Regions. This is in response to violence and human rights violations in the mining of Conflict Minerals; tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold also referred to as the 3TG mined from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).
T.RAD requires all suppliers to submit a comprehensive report for 3TG minerals.
- Provide the names and pertinent information of the smelters used
- Provide a certificate that the products supplied to T.RAD that do contain tungsten, tin, tantalum, or gold do not originate from the DRC or surrounding countries
- Provide a completed Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT), located at http://www.responsiblemineralsinitiative.org/reporting-templates/cmrt/
We will continue to take appropriate actions to ensure human rights and comply and implement “conflict free” products in our supply chain. We require our suppliers to practice due diligence in this matter and encourage they require the same from their suppliers.
